Delivery Areas, Times & Fees
Estimated times start after the order details and delivery location have been confirmed. Friday is not a delivery day.

Areas We Cannot Deliver To
We cannot deliver to the following restricted or inaccessible zones:

Important: If your address is close to a desert, protected area, border or remote-zone boundary, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm service using your Google Maps pin.
Important Delivery Instructions
- Provide accurate details. Submit the recipient’s name, UAE phone number, city and complete address before the order is handed to the courier.
- Watch for the driver’s WhatsApp message. The courier normally contacts the customer through WhatsApp. The customer must reply within 24–48 hours. Remote-area updates may take longer.
- Send a live Google Maps location. A written address alone is not enough. Delivery cannot proceed until the customer sends the exact location pin requested by the driver.
- Discuss special instructions directly with the driver. If the customer has a preferred time, landmark or access instruction, share it when the driver makes contact. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Payment is in cash and AED. Drivers accept UAE dirham cash only and do not accept card payments. If an authorised seller offers online prepayment, payment may be completed with that seller before delivery.
- No Friday delivery. Delivery estimates may move to the next available route when a Friday or public holiday falls within the delivery period.
- Open-box inspection must be requested. Inspection is available on request. In Sharjah, parcels are not opened by default, so the request must be made in advance.
- Remote-area fees are location-based. A district name alone does not confirm the price. The final charge is based on the exact location and courier route.
Failed Delivery, Cancellation & Refusal
- If the customer clearly cancels, or does not reply to the courier within 24–48 hours, the delivery may be cancelled.
- If the courier reaches the confirmed location and the customer refuses or cannot receive the parcel for a customer-related reason, a 15 AED refusal fee may apply.
- Once a parcel has been accepted and signed for, standard returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the wrong item was delivered or applicable law requires otherwise.
- For a disputed delivery, please provide clear evidence such as messages, photos or video so the issue can be reviewed.
